Services
The services offered by Colibri English include language training, tutoring and translation.
Prices
The prices charged can be seen on the homepage under "Prices". The prices for tutoring and language training are based on 60 minutes. Blocks of 10 are to be paid before or during the first lesson.
Intellectual property
All documents, aids and the like that are used by Colibri Englisch to fulfill the service are the intellectual property of Colibri Englisch. The transfer of such documents to third parties, whether against payment or free of charge, is not permitted.
The client acquires an unrestricted right of use for all services developed in the course of the service.
Warranty and liability
Colibri Englisch acts in the provision of the service to the best of its knowledge and belief and according to the generally recognized principles of professional practice. However, Colibri Englisch does not guarantee a specific result of the service.
Invoice and due date
After receipt of the invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within one week (7 days) without deduction.
Cancellation of agreed hours
Agreed hours must be canceled at least 24 hours before the agreed date. Lessons that are not canceled on time will be billed in full.
